A warm welcome from our

“Our aim is to make learning fun, enjoyable and inspiring! If we can open children’s minds to accepting a challenge and enjoying meeting it, then we open a world of opportunities for them. Opportunities to meet with success, realise their potential and follow their dreams! Primary school children enjoying their learning is key to future success!”

Year 5 Harvest Festival Celebration 🌾🎶
Our Year 5 pupils led a wonderful Harvest Festival celebration this week!
They performed beautifully for the whole school and their families, sharing songs and messages about thankfulness. In the afternoon, they gave another wonderful performance for the Year 6 grandparents, who were just as impressed. The children were absolutely fantastic as they sang beautifully, spoke confidently, and made us all so proud.
A huge thank you to everyone who brought in donations. Together, our school collected a fantastic amount of food for our local food bank. 🍎🥕🍞

🚌 What an unforgettable day in the City! 🏙️
Upper Key Stage Two had a fantastic time exploring London through history, architecture and civic tradition. We kicked off at the Bank of England Museum, where students discovered how money works, from ancient coins to modern notes, even getting to hold a real gold bar!
Next, we wandered past Guildhall and visited the The London Centre next door to see the giant scale models of London, the 1:2000 “New London Model” stretching over 16.5 m with 21 boroughs and 42 km of the Thames, and a detailed 1:500 City model showing the skyline and future developments.
We spotted familiar landmarks, the Shard, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge, and had great conversations about how the city has changed over time.
We were also lucky enough to catch the Lord Mayor of London in procession! As you may know, a new Lord Mayor is elected each year (yesterday was the day), and this parade is part of the centuries-old “Lord Mayor’s Show” tradition, where the newly sworn-in Lord Mayor makes a ceremonial route through the City.
Then on to St Paul’s Cathedral, where we paused to admire the grand architecture and soak in the atmosphere. And what better lunch spot than right in front of St Paul’s, a beautiful view and time for reflection.
