We’re Going on a Bear Hunt… for a Brilliant Cause! 🐻

We’re not scared… and we certainly can’t go over it or under it – on Tuesday 28th April, we’re going through it together for a very special reason!

Our school is excited to be hosting a fundraising day in support of the wonderful charity, ellenor, inspired by the much-loved story We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. Get ready for a day packed with adventure, creativity, and plenty of “swishy swashy” fun as our pupils bring this classic tale to life.

From imaginative activities to themed challenges, it’s set to be a day full of smiles, laughter, and maybe even a few brave bear hunters along the way!

This exciting event also ties into our involvement in the ellenor Art Trail Project, where our pupils’ artwork will be showcased at Bluewater and across Dartford – a chance for their creativity to really roar out into the community.

But beyond the fun, there’s a deeper purpose behind our journey. We are raising vital funds and awareness for the incredible work that ellenor provides. Their care reaches families everywhere, whether at home, in hospitals, or within the community, supporting those who need it most.

So, as we swish through the grass and splash through the rivers, we’ll be doing it all for something truly meaningful.

We can’t wait to take on this adventure together and support such a special cause – because this is one bear hunt that really matters.
